 Dr. Brian Saby was born in Camrose, Alberta in 1957 and raised in Red Deer, Alberta. Dr. Saby graduated from the University of Alberta in 1979 with a B.S. in Medical Science. Dr. Saby received his D.D.S. from the University of Alberta Faculty of Dentistry in 1981, at the age of 23. Following one year in Golden, B. C. Dr. Saby moved back to Central Alberta and practiced in Sylvan Lake until 1989, when Dr. Saby moved his cosmetic and general dentistry practice back to his hometown of Red Deer, where he has been practicing ever since.
Dr. Saby is married to Linda and has two teenage children. He enjoys windsurfing, skiing and woodworking. Dr. Saby loves his profession, a prolific reader and perpetual student he claims that dentistry is still his main hobby.
Dr. Saby is a general dentist whose practice is focused on comprehensive dental care. Since graduation he has taken a special interest in the appearance of teeth and smiles, implant restorations, dentures and complex dental problems.

Throughout the course of his career, Dr. Saby has authored over 100 newspaper articles geared towards the general public, and published numerous articles for professional dentistry journals. Dr. Saby also helps keep his patients aware of new procedures and techniques through his Dental Blog.
Dr. Brian Saby has lectured throughout North America on subjects relating to restorative dentistry, dentures, dental implants, cosmetic dentistry, and sedation dentistry. His experience and knowledge have also led to requests to serve as a guest lecturer and consultant for Blatchford Seminars, a prominent U.S. based dental consulting firm.
